Hotel cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you have to cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so by 4:00 PM the day prior to your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations received inside the 24 hour cancellation time frame will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one nights room and tax.
Check out time is by 12 Noon. Check in time begins at 3PM.
Current state/federal issued photo ID and valid credit/debit card will be required to check in.
Please note the hotel authorizes the amount of your daily rate, taxes and anticipated incidental charges for the length of your stay at check in. If you are using a Debit card, your financial institution may see this as a pending charge and freeze the funds for that amount up to ten days after departure. Cash can be paid at check out.
Early check in prior to 3:00 PM will be honored on a first come, first served basis, if room type availability permits. However if your travel schedule requires a check in between 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM this can be guaranteed for a $35 non refundable charge with 24 hours advance notice.
