This position requires culinary experience and is responsible for the preparation of food items in accordance with production and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic knife skills and cooking techniques is required. Culinary school is a plus and experience in a fine dining or four star/diamond hotel environment is preferred. |
| AM Palace Server |
This position requires strong communication and customer service skills. This position is an AM position that would require shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 2:30pm for breakfast and lunch service. The ideal candidate is someone who is personable and has a positive attitude. Server experience and an understanding of Micros is a plus. |
